Sector:Non Classified Contract awarded for Provision of public catering tasks { "detected_language" "hungarian", "translated_text" "lot-0001, title provision of public catering tasks, description provision of public catering tasks according to section 21, 21/a, 21/b, and 21/c of act xxxi of 1997 on the protection of children and guardianship administration, the tasks of child catering to be provided by the municipality of békéscsaba, as well as the operation of kitchens and serving kitchens related to these services. the duration of the contract 24 months from the date of signing, which can be extended for an additional 24 months as specified in the documentation. providing meals for children over the age of 3 participating in kindergarten, primary school, secondary school education (including dormitories) as mandatory meals, as well as fulfilling other voluntarily undertaken child catering tasks. (note catering can also be provided for other institutions, but this is not a mandatory task. any catering for social institutions is done through a separate application, which is also not part of the mandatory task fulfillment.) during the task fulfillment, catering must be provided for the respective age groups according to the 37/2014. (iv. 30.) emmi decree. a plan must be prepared for catering for 1 month. orders for a given week are received by the contractor after 1000 am on tuesday of the previous week, which is a framework number. modifications to orders are made by 900 am on the previous working day. orders must be received via email. the legal regulations regarding holiday meals may imply different practices. (spring, summer, autumn, winter holiday days.) catering for summer day camps must also be provided.
