the Subject of This Publication Are Services in the Field of Personnel Leasing for the Following Activities: Employees for Services in the Area of Logistics and Recycling Via Temporary Employment for Db Bahnbau Group Gmbh (hf3/22/005) This Concerns the Following Professional Groups: Lot 1: • Train Driver/shunting Attendant: Construction (zf/ Rb Bau) • Wagon Master: • Train Driver • Logistician: Lot 2 Recycling: • Recycling Worker • Construction Equipment Operator • Two-way Excavator Operator (zwb) Open House Procedure: Any Interested Company That Meets the Suitability Criteria and Submits All Documents on Time and in Full Can Conclude the Supplier Contract at Any Time During the Term of the Open House Contract. the Companies That Have Concluded the Supplier Contract Take Part in the Downstream Competition. 1. Open House Procedure: Interested Companies Can Submit An Application to the Awarding Authority (see Point I.1.). at the Same Time, the Interested Party Applies for Access to the Db Ag Bidding Portal (see: Https://bieterportal.noncd.db.de/evergabe.bieter/eva/supplierportal/portal/tabs/registration) and Then Sends the Awarding Authority (after Logging in to the Advertisement) a Bidding Message Including All Documents to Be Submitted for the Suitability Test, as Well as the Completed "price Matrix + Job Description". the Criteria for the Aptitude Test and the Documents Required for This Can Be Found in "appendix B1_evaluation Matrix for the Aptitude Test". Submitting An Application is Free of Charge, Has No Deadlines and is Possible Until February 28, 2025. After Successful Completion of the Suitability Test, the Client Concludes the Supplier Contract with the Company and the Company Becomes Part of the Supplier Pool. 2. Downstream Competition: If Necessary, the Client Sends An Inquiry to the Contractor By Telephone, Email Or Via An It Application. the Contractor Must Answer the Request Within the Specified Dates Or Deadlines Using the Specified Forms (kandi-dat_innenprofil_dbz) and, If Necessary, Submit Any Additional Evidence Or Documents Required. to Create An Offer, the Contractor Uses the Profile (kandidat_innenprofil_dbz See Appendix 6). If the Offers Are Not Submitted in the Specified Format, Are Not Submitted on Time Or Are Incomplete, the Client Reserves the Right Not to Take the Offer Into Account. 3. Note on Public Procurement Law: This Announcement Does Not Concern the Award of a Public Contract, But Rather the Announcement of An Open House Procedure. This Announcement Does Not Initiate a Formal Procurement Procedure. Therefore, There is No Legal Protection Under Procurement Law.
