As part of the modernization and securing of the technological infrastructure dedicated to the Economic Policy Management Training Program (GPE), the University Rector (the Contracting Authority) is launching an open national call for tenders under an emergency procedure for the acquisition, supply, delivery, and installation of a 35 kVA diesel generator set with an automatic transfer switch (ATS). This system aims to ensure an uninterrupted power supply to guarantee the continuity of instruction and the smooth running of the training program.
2. Consistency of New (Additive) Benefits
This tender concerns the supply, delivery, and installation of a 35 kVA diesel generator set coupled with an automatic transfer switch (ATS). The services include:
- Supply of equipment: a generator set meeting international standards and an automatic transfer switch conforming to Cameroonian requirements;
- Delivery: secure transport of equipment to the program site;
- Installation and commissioning: compliant electrical connections, functional testing, and verification of technical parameters;
- Training and documentation: training of operating personnel with provision of a user and maintenance manual;
- After-sales service: six (6) month warranty (parts and labor).
