Tenders Are Invited for Setting Up a Tie for Hiring External Staff
The Municipality of Baarn is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS) for the purpose of hiring personnel. The DAS is being established for a period of up to five (5) years, from 1 June 2026 up to and including 31 May 2031 at the latest. The basic principle is that the municipality will use the DAS for its hiring from job scale 7 upwards. The municipality reserves the right to deviate from this in specific cases. The municipality also reserves the right to request hiring up to and including job scale 6 via the DAS. The digital platform www.flextender.nl will be used for the implementation of the DAS. Candidates are hereby invited to register on this platform. The detailed description will also be available here for each subsequent hiring request. The number of assignments from scale 7 of the Municipalities CLA is approximately 60 on an annual basis; no rights can be derived from this.
