The subject of the public procurement is for the continuous supply of medicinal products, the need for which can be defined by a specific SÚKL code, and of additional products, the need for which can be defined by a specific PDK code, the purchases of which must be carried out promptly and without unnecessary delay by the contracting authority for operational reasons, using the Flexible Tendering System for Medicines (SFTL).
