The Bids and Awards Committee BAC of the CWD, intends to apply the sum of PHP5,603,451.80 being the approved budget for the contract indicated above. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected. The CWD reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, to annul the procurement process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
