Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation IRR of Republic Act RA 9184 otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Local Government Unit of Barangay Catig, Dueñas, Iloilo and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on March 11- March 26, 2026 with ID No. 2026-001-G from the Address below and upon payment of nonrefundable amount of ABC to the treasurer of the barangay. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 26, 2026 at 08:30 O’clock in the morning. All Bids must accompanied by a bid security in any of the capable forms and in the amount Stated in ITB Clause 18. 7. The bid shall be on March 26, 2026 at the barangay hall at 08:30 O’clock in the morning. Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder’s representative who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not accepted.
