1. The Government of the Union of the Comoros has received a Grant from the African Development Bank Development of funds to finance the project to support the electricity sector in the Comoros (PASEC) and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the Supply and Installation Contract for the Rehabilitation of Thermal Power Plants in the Union of the Comoros.
2. The Ministry of Energy, Water and Hydrocarbons (MEEH)/Directorate General of Energy, Mines and Water/PASEC Project invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and installation of hydroelectric power plants.
