Tenders are invited for Establishment and implementation of a therapeutic community program for individuals serving prison sentences
The purpose of the public procurement is to select a contractor for the establishment and implementation of a therapeutic community program for individuals serving prison sentences for the client, the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for the Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions in the Ljubljana Prison. The therapeutic community represents a structured, therapy-oriented program for the treatment or handling of addiction in a closed environment. It is intended for convicted individuals with a history of addiction who are motivated and willing to actively participate in the process of personal change. It is a high-threshold program that differs from other forms of addiction treatment in prison primarily in that it provides a clear daily structure with precisely defined rules and responsibilities and is physically separated from the general prison population.
