the Democratic Republic of the Congo (drc) Has Received a Loan of 190,000,000 Units of Account From the African Development Bank Group (afdb) to Finance the Value Chain Development Support Project in Support of the Agricultural Transformation Program (pta) – Padcv-pta, and Intends to Use Part of the Resources Granted Under This Loan to Finance the Contract of An Individual Consultant, International Expert in Monitoring and Evaluation and Knowledge Management for the Operationalization of the Agricultural Transformation Cell (cta) Within the Social Fund of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (fsrdc).
