Tenders Are Invited for Hiring It (broker) the Client is Looking for One Contractor Who is Able to Provide Suitable Candidates for Flexible and Temporary Hiring of It Personnel at Short Notice During the Term of the Framework Agreement. the Assignment Concerns a Broker Function for the Hiring of It Personnel to Meet a Knowledge And/or Capacity Need.
the Following Elements Fall Within the Scope of This Assignment:
broker Function with Recruitment and Selection: the Contractor Recruits, Selects, and Offers Suitable Candidates in Relation to the Specific Further Request. This Request Can Be Based on Performance as Well as on Result Obligations. the Contractor Selects the 3 Best Candidates Per Request and Presents Them. If the Client Decides to Hire a Proposed Candidate, the Contractor Ensures the Conclusion of a Further Model Agreement with the Freelancer Or a Secondment Agreement with the Lender. the Contractor Also Provides Administrative and (if Desired) Legal and Tax Support. a Candidate Can Be Both a Freelancer and An Employee of a Third Party. the Client Can Propose Suitable Candidates Who Will Then Be Included By the Contractor in the Selection When There is a Specific Further Request.
broker Function with Recruitment and Selection Where the Hired Employee Eventually Transitions to Employment with the University of Twente (deta-vast).
no Direct Agreements Are Established Between the Candidate and the University of Twente Outside the Aforementioned Deta-vast Hiring.
hiring of Personnel for the Customer Service Department, Where Personnel is Hired for a Longer Period to Work in the Department. a Deta-vast Structure is Possible Where the Client Eventually Hires the Contracted Employee.
the Contractor Has An Agreement for the Personnel to Be Mediated with a Freelancer Or An Agreement with Another Supplier. Therefore, a Maximum of One (1) Link is Allowed, and Thus Only One Markup.
