Procurement Plan for Preparation of a Comprehensive Functional Design for the "health" Area and Functional and Utility Assumptions for the Tropical Pavilion in the Botanical Garden.
Description : The subject of the Order is the development of a comprehensive Masterplan for the "Health" area and the preparation of functional and utility assumptions for the Tropical Pavilion in the Botanical Garden in Lódz, including integration with the Orientarium and the urban fabric. The so-called "Health" area is understood to be the area located in the southwestern part of Lódz, indicated in Annex No. 1, with particular emphasis on the facilities already operating in this area: Atlas Arena, the Municipal Sports Stadium and Municipal Sports Arena, Aquapark Fala, Lódz Blonia, J. Pilsudski Park, the Orientarium/Zoo, and the Botanical Garden. It is a vital part of the city not only due to the significant number of facilities, the number and type of greenery, but also due to the numerous functions it serves, including those related to major events. Given its potential, as well as the growing needs of the city's residents and visitors, it is justified to take action aimed at the further sustainable development of these spaces. The entire subject of the contract can be divided into several elements: 1. Masterplan segment for the entire "Health" area; 2. Development plan for the Botanical Garden, including the new function of the tropical pavilion, including: a) Spatial and functional segment; b) Location segment (optional right); c) Program and utility segment (optional right); d) Budget and organizational segment; e) Development of guidelines and program and conceptual provisions necessary for the Ordering Party to announce a contract for the construction and detailed design, and obtain a building permit for the Botanical Garden (optional right).

Development Plan of the Botanical Garden with a New Function Tropical Pavilion, Including: A) Spatial and Functional Segment, B) Location Segment (option Right), C) Program and Utility Segment (option Right), D) Budget and Organizational Segment, E) Development of Guidelines and Program and Conceptual Provisions Necessary for the Ordering Party to Announce An Order for a Construction and Detailed Design and Obtain a Building Permit for Pt in the Space of the Botanical Garden (option Right).
