Tenders are invited for reduction of the energy intensity of the building and construction modifications for the change of use of part of the building - ZUŠ Železný Brod
This is a reconstruction of the former music school building. The subject of the project are construction modifications of the music school. In the 6th to 8th floors, all partitions, masonry, floor coverings, and sanitary facilities will be removed, leaving only the staircases and the walls that separate them. All installations, walls, finishing elements, surface of the lighting fixtures, etc. will be new. Furthermore, necessary modifications of the remaining parts of the building - common areas and entrances with regard to safety and accessibility will be made. The stair halls will have new surfaces on all floors. All floors will have new complete sanitary facilities including distributions, surfaces, and finishing constructions. With regard to fire safety requirements, new doors will be installed at the entrances to protected escape routes (to staircases). Additionally, all new risers and their enclosures including fire stops will be implemented throughout the building. The entrance vestibule will be newly addressed in terms of modifications for accessibility, a new internal barrier-free ramp is designed along with related partial changes in the vestibule, new automatic doors, shoe cleaning zones, etc. - replacement of main electrical installation routes with measurement, floor distribution boards, new electrical installations for the operation of the music school including light sources - replacement of internal water and sewage pipes from the floor of the lowest floor - new necessary low-voltage installations - replacement of chimneys including related modifications is specified in the project documentation, which is part of the tender documentation.
