Procurement Description: The scope of this procurement process consists of the "ACQUISITION
OF ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION EQUIPMENT AND SPARE PARTS
FOR THE PRE-STARTUP AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF THE
GREASE AND DRUM PLANTS OF THE LUBRICANTS MANAGEMENT DIVISION
OF PDVSA VASSA," necessary to guarantee the continuous, safe, and efficient
operation of this critical equipment, ensuring the availability of maintenance
materials and preventing unplanned shutdowns that could affect production.
