| Tender description : | Tenders are invited for 20250612 maintenance and renovation work on the buildings of the public assistance hospitals of Marseille The list of establishments concerned by this consultation is provided in the special administrative clauses and its annexes. The description of the requested services is detailed in the specifications and unit price schedule for each lot. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders based on the occurrence of needs. Each lot will be subject to a separate allocation. The services are settled by unit prices. The estimated amounts specified in the section "estimated value excluding tax" are indicative and non-contractual and include options (similar services and renewals).
