Whole, taking into account the commercial appearance; without visible blood clots or remnants of bone tissue; without visible foreign substances (for example: dirt, wood and metal particles); without unpleasant odor; without extensive blood contamination; without protruding and broken bones; without bruises that physically affect the product, without signs of burns caused by freezing, without spinal cord (except for whole carcasses). The meat must have a veterinary stamp of oval shape in accordance with the rules, approved. The commercial stamp by fatness categories: highest category beef - round stamp with a diameter of 40 mm. Marking and packaging in accordance with ST RK.
Fruits are whole, clean, healthy, dry, un-sprouted, and not wilted. Homogeneous or heterogeneous in shape and color. The smell and taste characteristic of the variety, without foreign smell and taste. The content of vegetables damaged by agricultural pests is no more than 2%. Diseased or rodent-damaged ones are not allowed. Marking and packaging in accordance with ST RK.
