Tenders are invited for Dortmund, steinstr. 39, fire protection partitions
Fire barriers
as part of the “implementation of fire protection concept” measure, comprehensive fire protection upgrades to the penetrations between the fire and usage units are to be implemented in the existing building of the dortmund employment agency. for this purpose, the building is divided into 17 construction phases; the planned construction period is 49 months.
the subject of the award procedure is all fire protection insulation of line and installation penetrations as well as the fire protection training and restoration of wall and ceiling penetrations. the services include both non-combustible and combustible cables for all building services systems
the execution is carried out in accordance with mlar, the respective system approvals (abz/eta) and the relevant standards (in particular din 4102, din en 1366-3/-4).
services:
- manufacture, adjustment and cleaning of a total of 840 openings in solid and plasterboard constructions as well as professional installation of approved bulkhead systems (mortar, stone, combination bulkhead, sleeve, module and panel systems) in accordance with building regulations requirements and system approvals.
- completely edge and smoke-tight ring gap closures in accordance with system specifications (250m).
- restoration of the fire resistance of the components depending on their classified requirements.
- identification of all bulkheads using permanently readable bulkhead sign systems.
- creation of complete photo documentation (before/during/after installation).
- management of a structured bulkhead register with plan location.
the work is carried out during ongoing building operations. this requires coordinated construction work on levels gg-5. og ensure. the contractor must take into account all necessary protection, dust and security measures and comply with weekly documentation and reporting requirements.
