Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :The purpose of this purchase is: supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of it&c equipment and technical equipment within the project financing libraries in bacau county to become digital skills development hubs and equipment with it equipment. bacau county, as the contracting authority, carries out the public procurement of it&c equipment including installation and commissioning services and technical equipment for libraries, which will be transformed into hubs for the development of digital skills. the investment proposed by this project consists of: 1. renovation and equipping with computers and technical equipment for 12 libraries, of which 1 county, 1 municipal, 1 city and 9 rural, which will be transformed into digital skills development hubs, as follows: - allinone computers - 8 pcs/library - laptop 2+1- 8 pcs/library - tv -164cm- 2 pcs/library - interactive whiteboard- 1pc/library - wifi router 1pc/library - printer/wireless multifunction 1pc/library - ups 12pc/library - headset 16pc/library - vr glasses - video conferencing system - embroidery machine -1pc/library - 3d printer -1pc/library - s30 ultra-33w engraving machine, sculpfun 1 pc/library - cnc laser cutting and engraving machine - 1pc/library - robot kit, with wifi video camera, -1pc/library - arduino package -1pc/library - desks -16pc/library - chairs- 16pc/library. 2. 37 libraries will benefit from new or modernized it equipment, of which 1 municipal, 2 city and 34 communal. they will be equipped with the necessary it equipment to carry out the training courses for citizens and include: - aio computers - 6 pcs/library - laptop 2+1- 6 pcs/library - 164cm display- 1 pc/library - interactive whiteboard- 1 pc/library - wifi router- 1 pc/library - wireless multifunctional- 1 pc/library - ups- 7 pcs/library - audio headphones- 12 pc/library - vr glasses- 1 pc/library - videoconferencing system - 1 pc/library. the number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers: 20/21. the deadline expressed in the number of days in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications is the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of offers.
