Expression of Interest:The asian development bank (adb) has been a long-standing development partner of turkmenistan. adb is committed to supporting the country’s vision of transforming into a more sustainable, resilient, and competitive economy while enhancing regional connectivity. some of the key areas of adb’s support include energy, transport, water and urban, agriculture, health and education, and digital, among others.
The consultant will support adb’s work in digital, agriculture and natural resources, social sectors, and safeguards. in addition to pipeline development and identification of opportunities in these sectors, the consultant will play a key role in developing a proposal for the agriculture sector and supporting tkrm’s implementation of the improving nursing quality and capacity project.
