Roofing work includes: 1 site setup, day accommodations, storage containers; 1 tower crane to be erected/dismantled; 50 two tower cranes to be kept; approximately 630 m2 of roof tile covering to be removed; approximately 630 m2 of supporting battens to be removed; approximately 70 m of copper gutter to be removed; approximately 60 m of copper downpipe to be removed; approximately 70 m of copper gutter heating to be removed; approximately 140 m of aluminum lightning protection system to be removed; approximately 70 m of copper eaves strip to be removed; approximately 70 m of copper snow guard to be removed; 10 aluminum ventilation pipes 150/300/500 mm to be removed; approximately 20 m2 of gypsum cladding panels to be removed; approximately 22 m2 of intermediate rafter insulation to be removed; 3 restoration of rafters up to 100/up to 200/up to 300 cm; approximately 70 m of support angle at the eaves; approximately 35 m of support angle at the gable; 190 rectangular pipes 1500 / 200 mm - 100; approximately 80 m2 of roof sheathing at the gable/eaves; approximately 630 m2 of under tension pp film; approximately 630 m2 of counter battens; approximately 630 m2 of supporting battens; approximately 630 m2 of flat roof tile covering in anthracite; approximately 105 m of gable/eaves covering; 1 steel roof hatch 600/850; 1 covering frame for roof windows 600/850; 140 snow stop tiles; 850 solar module supports; 700 m of module support profiles; 110 galvanized gutter brackets; approximately 70 m of hanging gutters in titanium zinc; approximately 75 m of downpipes in titanium zinc; approximately 180 m of gutter inlet/eaves/gable sheets.
