Tenders are invited for the acquisition of 23 new electric locomotives with ERTMS systems, capable of running at a maximum speed of 160 km/h and towing up to 16 passenger cars, intended for passenger rail transport and the procurement of maintenance and repair services, necessary for optimal safety and comfort operation of the respective locomotives
The authority for railway reform - a.r.f. intends to carry out, through the modernization fund (fm), the acquisition of 23 electric locomotives and maintenance and repair services for electric locomotives. The electric locomotives will be used on routes under the public service contracts (csp) competitively awarded to passenger rail transport operators in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 and the provisions of Romanian legislation.
