Tenders are invited for Determining a contractor for the update and addition of a technical project for carrying out repair and restoration works, with the aim of bringing the tunnel "Trajans Gate" on the "Trakia" highway at km 53+297, in line with the trans-European road network (TEN-T) into compliance with regulatory operational suitability.
The subject of this public procurement is "determining a contractor for the update and addition of a technical project for carrying out repair and restoration works, with the aim of bringing the tunnel "Trajans Gate" on the "Trakia" motorway at km 53+297, in line with the trans-European road network (TEN-T) into compliance with regulatory operational suitability." The purpose of the public procurement is to determine a contractor and to conclude a contract with them for the development of an update and addition to the technical project, carrying out repair and restoration works, and exercising author supervision during construction, with a view to producing a comprehensive and lawful technical project that will serve for the quality construction of the "Trajans Gate" tunnel on the "Trakia" motorway at km 53+297, with the aim of bringing it into regulatory operational suitability, in accordance with regulatory requirements and while adhering to the agreed deadlines. Based on Article 137, paragraph 1, item 1, letter "a" of the Spatial Development Act, the construction is of the first category. Based on Article 5, paragraph 1, item 2 of the rules for the registration and maintenance of the central professional register of builders, issued by the Chamber of Builders in Bulgaria, the construction is of the second group.
