Travel Agency Service for the provision of airline tickets, lodging, and ground transportation for TechnoServe Mexico staff, consultants, and guests

Service Objective: Travel Agency Service for the provision of airline tickets, lodging, and ground transportation for TechnoServe Mexico staff, consultants, and guests
Scope of Work
1. Issuance and Management of Airline Tickets
·Offer quotes with multiple options for schedules and airlines.
·Offer quotes with clear costs in a legible and easy-to-understand format.
·Issue electronic airline tickets immediately upon confirmation ofReservation made by authorized TechnoServe Mexico personnel
·Ensure the issuance of tickets with the most economical fares available, considering the required time, route and class conditions.
·Maintain and manage the agreed reservations and fares within the agreed time limit with each airline or supplier, according to origin-destination.
2. Negotiation and Management of Agreements with Airlines
Manage corporate agreements with airlines for:
·Access to preferential rates
·Exemption from penalties
·Complimentary upgrades
·Accumulation of miles in frequent flyer programs
·Registration and updating of data in these programs for TechnoServe users.
