Invitation to submit a bid
Date: December 7, 2025 AD
The Sahel Sudan Organization, Khartoum State Program - Integrated Multi-Sectoral Response Project to the Food Crisis for Vulnerable Communities in East Nile and Bahri, Khartoum State invites you to submit bids to implement the works as described in the specifications brochure as follows:
* Supplying 750 sets of non-food items
1. Qualified bidders can receive the bid brochure via a written request via email to the following addresses:

2. The technical specifications and quantities required to carry out the work are included in the bid brochure.
3. Bidders should demonstrate suitability and eligibility for employment by meeting the following minimum qualification standards:
A. The bidder must obtain a valid license or commercial license for the name of the company or contractor
b. The bidder must have at least two years of experience in work of a similar nature and size and must have qualifications and experience in the field of supervision, implementation, or both in similar projects.
T. Tax identification number certificate
Th. The contractor must determine the duration of work implementation (schedule for completion of work)
C. The winning bidder must submit a tax-free and zakat-free statement before signing the contract
E- To have experience in the relevant field.
4. Bidders must submit the Bid Form and Bid Offer in a separate PDF, original copy and must be sent - sealed to the address indicated in Paragraph 1
Starting from 12/08/2025 AD until 12/16/2025 AD at 2 pm as the last day for submitting bids.
5. Bidders must submit their offers for all works in the bid brochure in Sudanese pounds.
6. Bidders must meet the minimum qualification criteria in the bid brochure for the offers to be opened.
7. The total merit points obtained in the bid brochure and the bid offer determine the accepted bid to complete the subsequent procedures related to the implementation of the work.
8. The winning bidder must adhere to the specified timetable and the bids will be sorted within a maximum period of one week from the date of closing the bid.
9. Sudan Coast Organization has the right to reject any/or all bids submitted.
