Tenders Are Invited for Supplies of Medical and Other Gases, Rental of Reservoirs and Pressure Cylinders Including Fees and All Related Costs for Hospitals in the Pilsen Region the Subject of This Vz is the Continuous Supply of Technical and Medical Gases and Liquids in Accordance with Act No. 89/2012 Coll. and Act No. 456/2023 Coll., on Medicinal Products and on Amendments to Certain Related Laws as Amended, to the Extent That These Legal Regulations Apply to the Supply of Medical Gases and Liquids, and Further in Accordance with the Operational Regulations of the Contracting Authority. the Subject is Also the Rental and Provision of Relevant Transport and Storage Containers for Technical and Medical Gases and Liquids and the Provision of Related Services and the Performance of Related Activities for a Period of 36 Months. All This in Accordance with the Zd and Its Annexes and According to the Detailed Specifications and Requirements of the Contracting Authority.
the Expected Value of Vz for 36 Months is Czk 30,000,000.00 Without Vat.
the Estimated Value of the Reserved Change of Obligation According to § 100, Paragraph 1 of the Zzvz is Czk 3,000,000.00 Without Vat.
