Tenders are invited for engineering on site
Review and analysis of the available project documentation for the planned activities, including establishing the need for changes (if applicable) in the project before the project is developed in the next phase; preparation of an investment project in the working project phase for the facility according to Regulation No. 4 of 21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects, construction and territorial development, and the subordinate regulatory acts for its implementation; assistance in the compliance assessment of the developed project and its subsequent approval by providing the necessary data and information; execution of construction and assembly works (CAM) and any other accompanying and related activities necessary for the execution of CAM, in accordance with the regulatory requirements and the scope and content of the approved project; implementation of author supervision according to construction and territorial development, including the development of details during construction that cannot be made at the investment design stage, technical solutions, modifications and changes to the project, technological control, and assistance in putting the facility into operation; preparation of executive documentation, cadastral surveying of the entire construction, and provision to the relevant geodesy, cartography, and cadastre service of data according to Article 54a, paragraph 2 of the Cadastre and Property Register Act; preparation of...
