Invitation to Bid ITB :Supply and delivery of fishing gears & paraphernalia regionwide fiscal year fy 2026
Epa 2026 nga, the national expenditure program. **bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the irr of ra no. 12009. the award shall be given to the bidder with the lowest calculated responsive bid lcrb following procedures under sections 61 and 63 of the same irr. the project sites are defined in section vi. schedule of requirements 1. goods shall be delivered to the da-bfar-car regional office, easter road, guisad, baguio city. the department of agriculture - bureau of fisheries and aquatic resources - cordillera administrative region da-bfar-car will hold a pre-bid conference on december 05, 2025 @ 3:00 pm at da-bfar-car 2nd floor conference room, easter rd., guisad central, baguio city and/or through video conferencing via zoom meeting, which shall be open to prospective bidders. interested parties are advised to email the bac secretariat at bac.car@bfar.da.gov.ph before the scheduled date of pre-bid conference to request for the online meeting credentials with the following information, together with proof of identity of the attendee at least a day before the scheduled conference: a. name of project: b. bid reference no.: c. activity: d. company name: e. company address: f. name of representative/s: g. email address/es to which all communications from the bids and awards committee shall be sent: h. contact no/s. i. attach scanned copy or photo of identification card id *for the pre-bid conference, bidders are encouraged to send their authorized technical representative/s or personnel who are familiar with the bid requirements and will prepare the documents for the bidder. **bid opening shall be on december 17, 2025 @11:00 am at da-bfar-car 2nd floor conference room, easter rd., guisad central, baguio city and/or via zoom meeting. bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend the activity.
