The subject of this public contract is the preparation of project documentation (PD) including ensuring the issuance of a valid building permit, performing engineering activities, and supervising the designer during the implementation of the project Energy savings in all school buildings (3 construction objects) of ZŠ Vojnovicova 620, 400 01, Ústí nad Labem and the building of ZŠ in Školní street. The project documentation will include replacement of window and door fittings, insulation of facades, roofs, ceilings, and floors, regulation of the heating system, replacement of lighting with LED, installation of wireless IRC heads, installation of air conditioning with heat recovery, installation of a new hot water storage tank, insulation of existing hot water pipes where not compliant, installation of suitable shading technology, replacement of original aluminum conduits, photovoltaic system and battery storage, and adjustments to electrical installations, construction and technical modifications of the roof for future installation of technology (HVAC, photovoltaics).
