Tenders are invited for concession for the provision of thermal management services for the Bratislava-Ružinov district
The public contracting authority has entrusted the concession property, as defined in the concession documentation, to the capital city of Slovakia, Bratislava. The concession property means property that is exclusively owned by the capital city of Slovakia, Bratislava, and managed by the public contracting authority, which the public contracting authority will hand over to the concessionaire for use in accordance with the conditions of the concession contract proposal. The concession property is detailed in Annex No. 1 to Volume 3 - Description of the subject of the concession - of the concession documentation. A more detailed specification of the subject of the concession is provided in Volume 3, Description of the subject of the concession of the concession documentation.
