Tenders Are Invited for Dörverden Weir - Left Weir Gate - Repair
The subject of this tender is the repair of the left weir gate of the Dörverden weir. The gate is a box gate with a flap.
Due to flood prevention measures, the work must be carried out and completed between March and November 2026. On-site work can only take place between April and October.
The gate must be operational again from the beginning of the flood season in November for flood prevention purposes.
The services to be provided include, among other things (see complete list):
General services:
- Provision and operation of floating equipment for accessing the construction site
- Site setup and clearing for steel construction and corrosion protection work
- Working and protective scaffolding with all-around sealed design for work with hazardous materials according to TRGS 551, TRGS 505, TRGS 519, DGUV Regulation 101-004 and DGUV Regulation 109-002 for all areas of the enclosure
- Static calculations for working and protective scaffolding with stair towers, including proof of stability
- Access to the enclosure during stripping work with a personnel airlock as a clean/dirty system according to TRGS 519, TRGS 551 and DGUV Regulation 101-004
- Transition from the inspection enclosure to the construction site
- Stair towers from the inspection enclosures to the base above and below water
- Implementation of dewatering by the contractor during the erection and dismantling of the Support
- Installation of a heating system, air conditioning, and air conditioning/filtration
- Traffic safety in public areas

Steel hydraulic engineering
- Taking over, partially remanufacturing, as well as assembly and disassembly of the support (support) and securing the gate and flap against tilting or position
- Dismantling and replacement of GRP gratings and substructure on the gate
- Dismantling and replacement of the seals on the gate
- Inspection of the steel structure after blasting work
- Repair and replacement of loose and damaged fasteners
- Repair of the steel structure as agreed with the client
- Dismantling and assembly of air bubbling lines on the gate
- Test operation of the flap and adjustment work in the area of ??the flap seal
- Test operation of the gate and adjustment work in the area of ??the side and bottom seals

Corrosion protection
- Partial coating removal from various components using processes Wsa 01 to Wsa 08, at the contractor's discretion, in coordination with the responsible trade supervisory office and the employers' liability insurance association.
Complete coating removal from all components using an approved process, in coordination with the responsible trade supervisory office and the employers' liability insurance association.
Blast cleaning of the renewed and existing components after steel structure repair.
Coating of all components according to DIN EN ISO 12944-5. Coating system as per tender, exterior color black
- Disposal and transport of blasting waste only by approved transport companies
