Tenders are invited for the construction of an energy block of approximately 475 MW on natural gas in Turceni (cccg Turceni) - design, engineering, procurement, execution of works, commissioning, and long-term maintenance services
The object of the contract is the design, engineering, procurement, execution of works, and commissioning of an energy block (combined cycle gas turbine on natural gas - a power plant that combines two different thermodynamic cycles to generate electricity efficiently, by using the waste heat from a gas turbine to produce additional energy through a steam turbine) with a capacity of approximately 475 MW at Turceni (EPC) and long-term maintenance services for the main equipment (gas turbine, steam turbine, electric generator, and a distributed control system, including their auxiliary elements) (LTSA). The duration of the contract is 170 months and consists of 38 months for the EPC component and 132 months for the LTSA component. The warranty period (PND) is a minimum of 36 months from the signing of the acceptance report upon completion of the works. In accordance with the provisions of Article 172, paragraph (1) of Law no. 99/2016, any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation, respecting the deadline set by the contracting entity. The contracting entity (EC) establishes 2 deadlines by which it will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications.
