Procurement plan for Delivery of peat, agroperlite and vermiculite to the forestry gospodarstwo szkóltwo mielno in 2025.
1. The subject of the contract will be implemented by the following parts: 1) Part I - Delivery of peat to the Forestry. Nursery Gospodarskie Mielno in 2025, 2) Part II - Delivery of Agroperlite to the Forestry Gospodarstwo Nursery Mielno in 2025, 3) Part III - Delivery of Vermikulit to the Forestry. Agroperlite and vermiculite will take place thanks to the contractor and at the contractors expense, the costs and risk of transport, packaging and insurance for transport are borne by the contractor. 3. Deliveries will be carried out on the work days of the Ordering Party, from Monday to Friday between 7:00 - 14:00. 4. The contractor is obliged to fulfill the contract in accordance with the principles of modern knowledge, applicable regulations and respecting the principles of occupational health and safety.
