the Government of the Republic of Madagascar Received a Loan From the African Development Fund (fad) of the African Development Bank Group, Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank, to Finance the Trade and Trade Facilitation Project Project-phase Iii (pacfc Iii), and Intends to Use a Part of This Loan to Make Payments for the Markets for the Rnt55 Between Bevoay and Morombe, Including the Access Road to Aerodrome.
