Expression of Interest:the Consultant Will Provide Consulting Services Under Ta-10349-reg (reta 10349), Which Aims to Enhance the Knowledge and Capacity of Asian Development Bank (adb) Stakeholders in Business Integrity and Integrity Risk Management Through Multiple Channels and Products to Serve the Needs and Desires of Adb Developing Member Countries (dmcs) and Executing and Implementing Agencies (eas/ias), as Well as Adb’s Goals and Mission.
the Consultant Will Develop Theoretically and Methodologically Grounded Definitions of Anti-corruption Policies, Standards, and Compliance Programs for the Private Sector. Based on This, They Will Provide Policy and Legal Recommendations to Improve the Regulatory Framework That Supports and Incentivizes Implementation of These Measures By Legal Entities.
