Tenders Are Invited for Individual Consultant for Updating the Procedure Manual in Accordance with Sycebnl
the Government of the Togolese Republic Has Received Funding From the African Development Bank Group (bad) and the West African Development Bank (boad) in Order to Cover the Cost of the Togo Agri-furning Transformation Project (pta-togo), and Intends to Use Part of the Sums Granted for the Don Fad to Finance the Contract of the Services of An Individual Consultant to Update the Procedure Manual in Accordance with the Procedure Manual in Accordance Withsycebnl.
the Duration of the Mission is Estimated at Forty-five (45) Days.
the Services Provided for This Contract Include:
revise the Administrative, Accounting and Financial Procedures of the Ugp-ak According to the Accounting System of Non-profit Entities (sycebnl) and According to the Systems of the Funding Agreements of New Projects;
update Ugp-ak Markets Procedures According to the New Market Procurement Code That Came Into Force Since July 06, 2022 and According to the Arrangements for New Projects Funding Agreements;
train Actors in Accordance with Its Status and the Regulations in Force.
