Tenders Are Invited for Cabinet/firm Responsible for Carrying Out Research and Coordinating Stakeholders with a View to Advocacy and Political Dialogue for Improving the Business Environment
the Global Objective is to Improve the Favorable Environment and Align the Priorities of Stakeholders in Order to Stimulate the Creation of Green Jobs and Commercial Opportunities. in Particular, It Will Be a Question of Identifying the Main Obstacles to the Business Environment and Influencing Policies, Regulations and Actions in Order to Conduct Reforms Paving the Way for Increased Participation of Women and Young People in Green Jobs, in Particular in the Natural Resources Sector. the Scope of the Services Includes the Following to Achieve in Senegal: (i) Identify and Analyze the Main Challenges Relating to the Targeted Sectors and to the Target Public, (ii) Identify Regulatory Barriers, in Particular Discriminatory Laws Based on Gender, Hampering Access to Jobs in the Green Economy, (iii) Identify the Regulatory Obstacles Affecting the Productive Management of Natural Resources, and (iv) Coordinate and (iv) and Actions of Pleadyers to Influence the Actions, Policies and Strategies and Measures Promoting Greater Participation of Women and Young People in the Key Sectors of Natural Resources.
