Tenders Are Invited for Evaluation of Training Needs in 3 Sectors; Identification and Selection of Beneficiaries; Course Design; Development of Training Programs and Manuals; Offer Training
the General Objective of This Capacity Development and Improvement Initiative of the Value Chain is to Promote the Employment and Employability of Young People, Women and People with Disabilities in the Green Economy. It is a Question of Creating New Green Business Opportunities and Jobs By Significantly Strengthening Entrepreneurial Skills and Business Development. the Program Thus Aims to Improve the Sustainability and Growth of Companies, to Increase the Added Value of Products, and to Strengthen the Preparation and Financial Capacities of Participants Who Will Have Completed the Program. This Mission is to Provide Training, Support and Quality Mentoring in Entrepreneurship and Business Development to Beneficiaries From Targeted Sectors, Based on a Prior Needs Assessment. Training and Mentorship Will Provide Relevant Practical Skills and Knowledge and Support to Access Existing and New Sources of Financing and to Develop Their Businesses in the Long Term. in Addition, This Intervention Will Provide Women and Young Entrepreneurs with the Knowledge and Skills Necessary to Effectively Engage in the Value Chains of Agriculture, Agroforestry and Fishing, While Strengthening the Capacities of Mpms to Add Value to Their Products.
