Policy For The Government Of Saint Lucia, Consulting Services – Firms Selection
The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Caribbean Digital Transformation Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) entails development of a robust Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the Government of Saint Lucia, with a focus on leveraging cloud infrastructure to ensure resilience, rapid recovery, and continuity of critical public services in the face of potential disruptions. The BCP will aim to
i. Establish a prevention and recovery system
ii. Safeguard personnel and assets
iii. Conduct regular testing, training and exercises
iv. Perform periodic risks and threat assessments
v. Strengthen supply chain resilience
The services are expected to be carried out mostly in Saint Lucia over a period of thirty-six (36) weeks. etc.
