Pre-Bid Meeting
A pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday 09 September 2025 at 10.00 hours. The meeting place is the Conference Room of the Mauritius Ports Authority at Ground Floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis.
Submission of bids
Bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Contract MPA 677/2025 – Removal and Shipbreaking of Abandoned Fibreglass Fishing Glass”, should be addressed to the Director General, Mauritius Ports Authority, 1st Floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis.
Deadline for the submission of bids
Bids should be either deposited in the Bid Box located in the Chief Officer’s Office, Mauritius Ports Authority, 1st floor, H. Ramnarain Building, Mer Rouge, Port Louis or submitted by registered post/courier so as to reach the Mauritius Ports Authority on or before Tuesday 30 September 2025 up to 14.00 hours at latest.
