Invitation to Bid ITB :Supply and delivery of spareparts for the maintenance of backhoe
Invitation to bid ib no.: g-2025-031 the lgu- san remigio, antique, through its bids and awards committee bac invites all registered bidders to bid on: description: supply and delivery of spareparts for the maintenance of backhoe delivery address: brgy. poblacion, san remigio, antique approved budget for the contract: php 404,040.00 contract duration: w/ in 7 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed source of fund: r/m-transportation expenses none refundable-fee: php 500.00 the bidding documents shall be available to interested bidders please submit letter of intent at the bac secretariat office, 2nd floor, conference room, san remigio municipal bldg., brgy. poblacion, san remigio, antique from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, starting september 9, 2025 upon payment of non-refundable fee as indicated above. it may also be downloaded from the website of the philippine government electronic procurement system philgeps, provided that bidders shall pay the non-refundable fee for the bidding documents not later than the submission of their bids. the submission/ opening of bidding documents will be on september 17, 2025 10:00 am, at the 2nd floor, conference room, san remigio municipal bldg., brgy. poblacion, san remigio, antique. all particulars relative to the eligibility, bid evaluation, and award of contract shall be governed by the provisions of r.a. 9184 otherwise known as the government procurement reform act. bids received in excess of the approved budget of the contract abc shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. late bids shall not be accepted. alternative bids shall be rejected. bid security shall be in the acceptable form and in the amount stated in the philippine bidding documents. the lgu- san remigio, antique, through its bids and awards committee bac reserves the right to 1 review all eligibility requirements; 2 reject any or all bids; 3 confiscate the bid bond and/or pursue appropriate legal action should a bidder be found to have violated r.a. 9184; 4 waive any defects contained therein; 5 to annul the bidding process; 6 declare a failure of bidding; 7 not to award the contract without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders if the funds/allotments for said program/project/activity have been withheld or reduced through no fault of its own; and/or 8 accept the offer most advantageous to the government. any decision made by the lgu- san remigio, antique, through its bids and awards committee bac is final and executory. further, the lgu- san remigio, antique, through its bids and awards committee bac assumes no obligation whatsoever to compensate or indemnify the bidder or winning bidder. as the case may be, for any expense or loss that said party ies may incur in its participation in the pre-bidding and bidding process nor does it guarantee that an award will be made. please contact the bac secretariat at +639567864806 with bac email add: lgusanremigioantiquebac2020@gmail.com for further inquiries. date of posting: september 9, 2025 engr. analine m. guanzon municipal engineer /bac chairperson
