Tenders are invited for Operation of TCSP Bus Bords de Marne between Val de Fontenay and Chellesgournay project management for the line operation
The purpose of the consultation is a project management market as part of the TCSP Bus Bus de Marne operation, between Val de Fontenay and Chelles-Gournay. The MOE holding this market, is responsible for monitoring the realization of urban developments (including transport infrastructure), equipment and systems, the good insertion of rolling stock within the infrastructures delivered, preparatory and support works, demolitions of impacted buildings, and riverside reconstructions. He also pilots the procedure of unscrewing of concessionaire networks. The market excludes the realization of the new Bus Operational Center (COB) in Neuilly-sur-Marne, the acquisition of rolling stock and its load system, but includes the integration of these components in the design of the global transport system and its performance. The market holder also plays a coordinators role, in particular with the COB MOE and with the AMO rolling stock and charging system. The functional, technical and environmental program of the operation is attached to the consultation file. The provisional financial envelope of the cost of carrying out the operation is fixed at the CCAP.
