Tenders Are Invited for External Audit Services
MONROVIA – The Liberian non-profit organization TRIBE, a leader in advancing
entrepreneurship education, has released a public Call for Proposals for external audit
services. The organization is seeking a qualified and licensed audit firm to conduct its
first independent audit for the fiscal years 2024 and 2025.
This move underscores TRIBE’s commitment to strengthening transparency and
accountability with its partners and the communities it serves. For five years, TRIBE
has impacted youth across five counties from its base in Montserrado, disrupting
conventional learning through programs like RE-Novate for high school students and
the idées venture development model.
The selected firm will be tasked with auditing TRIBE's financial statements in
accordance with U.S. GAAP and International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Key
deliverables include an Independent Auditor’s Report and a Management Letter with
recommendations.
Eligible firms must be legally registered in Liberia, hold a valid practice license, be tax
compliant, and have proven experience auditing non-profit organizations.
Proposals must be submitted electronically to info@weareatribe.org no later
than 11:59 PM GMT on September 15, 2025.
