Tenders Are Invited for Recruitment of Proximity Operators (opp) Responsible for Supporting the Operationalization of Concerted Management Committees for Natural Resources
the Services Provided for This Contract Include:
support for the Operationalization of Concerted Management Frameworks for Natural Resources
organize Information and Awareness -raising Information Meetings on Its Objectives;
set Up Or Revitalize and Make Operational the Concerted Management Committees of Natural Resources;
training of Actors in Grn and Good Gdt / Agroecology Practices
propose a Capacity Building Plan of Actors Based on Good Practices of Sustainable Land Management, Agroecology, Agroforestry, Rna, Etc., While Defining Modules, Formats, Roles and Responsibilities of Each Actor;
train Concerted Management Committees on Agricultural Land Conservation and Restoration Techniques, Fodder Production Techniques, Rna Techniques, Cultivation Techniques, Passing Through Passing Corridors, Agroforestry Plant Production Techniques, Etc.
support Cgc on the Implementation of Acquired Or Consolidated Knowledge.
inform and Raise Awareness of the Main Stakeholders on the Project Management Policy Policy;
inform Stakeholders on the Procedures for Filing a Complaint Through the Mechanism, Rules and Procedures for Managing Complaints and Remedies;
help the Identification/installation of All Complaint Management Committees at Different Levels;
strengthen the Capacities of Members of Complaint Management Committees on the Projects Mgp;
popularize the Mgp with Stakeholders;
press the Complaint Collection and Transmission System.

1. This call for expressions of interest follows the General Procurement Notice published on the AfDB website dated February 5, 2024 and in Le Soleil newspaper No. 16385 of January 15, 2025.
2. The Government of the Republic of Senegal has obtained a loan from the African Development Fund (ADF) to co-finance the Multinational Program for Strengthening Resilience to Food and Nutrition Insecurity in the Sahel - Senegal Component (P2RS SENEGAL). The Program intends to use a portion of these funds to make payments under the Contract for the recruitment of a firm that will provide local operators (OPPs) who will be responsible for supporting the operationalization of the P2-P2RS's joint natural resource management committees (soil, water, etc.) in the Fatick, Matam, and Tambacounda regions (departments of Fatick, Foundiougne, Bakel, Kanel, and Matam).
