G Plus 3 floors i/c firefighting works, Services IWS and SI, working tables, WS and EDS for labs, Civil External Service Connections, IEI, Elect External Service Connections, Local Body Approvals i/c Tree cutting etc, Extra specific requirements Power wiring and plugs, Lightning conductors, Lifts 2 Nos. 13 persons Psger lifts, Water tanks, Dev. of site works Levelling, Internal roads & Paths, Footpath, External Sewerage, SW Drains, UG sumps, RWH etc. Specilized E & M works VRF/VRV AC system, UPS, Solar photo voltaic power generations, IP Based CCTV System, LAN and networking system, EPABX, Street Lighting with LED, Emergency Light and illuminated Signages, W/S pumps etc, other req. works, Consultancy services for Planning and Designing of Project etc, i/c Supply installation Testing Commissioning along with Integration of all works and services, taking all local body and other approvals, making fit for occupation, all complete on EPC basis.
