The purpose of this process is to hire the “clean truck lease service graves for the commune of Lampa, 2025”, which contemplates the provision of four (04) trucks equipped and authorized for the extraction and final disposal of sewage, for a period of 18 months. This service seeks to guarantee the preventive cleaning of septic tanks and face health emergencies and flooding, covering urban, rural and municipal enclosures due to the tendency to increase demand, evidenced by the attention to 2,239 users between January and April, and a total volume of 10,249,800 liters. It is important to note that, during all months of this period, the service volumes were maintained above the 2,400,000 liters per month, exceeding the monthly averages of the previous year. This evolution indicates sustained growth in both the operational capacity and in the demand for the service, reflecting a greater need to maintain health infrastructure in optimal conditions and prevent possible health risks. The contractor must meet strict technical, health and operational requirements, which include having current health authorization, having a system of final disposal of adequate and environmentally responsible waste, guaranteeing the permanent availability of the equipment, and having qualified and trained personnel for the operation. In addition, it will be mandatory to implement an online GPS monitoring system, which allows to verify in real time the fulfillment of the established schedules and routes, ensuring efficiency and transparency in the provision of the service. Likewise, the hired must undergo periodic inspections and controls by the Health and Municipal Authority, and submit management reports that evidence the fulfillment of the established standards and the correct environmental and health management throughout the duration of the contract.
