The object of the public procurement is "Delivery of goods by purchase" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (Public Procurement Act) and is the subject of the conclusion of framework agreements with potential contractors for delivery and purchase of three -phase oil -filled reset sealed transformers up to 800 kVA, 6/0.4 kV, 20/10/0.4kV ", in accordance with the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority.
