13,500 packs pamaskong handong - 1 can fruit cocktail 836g - 1 can condensed filled milk 377g - 1 can whole kernel corn 420g - 1 tetra pack all purpose cream 250ml - 1 cheese 160g - 1 btl. nata de coco 12oz. - 1 pack spaghetti pasta, 900g. - 1 pack spaghetti sauce, 900g. - 1 pc. luncheon meat, 340g - 1 pc. chocolate chip cookies, 175g - 1 pc market basket, plastic, w/ handle 16x12 800 pcs ham pure premium meat, glazed to perfection 1 kg, pre-sliced prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. the eligibility / screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria. post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. complete sets of eligibility requirements and bid documents may be obtained at the bac secretariat upon payment of non-refundable fee of p25,000.00. duly accomplished eligibility forms shall be submitted in sealed envelope addressed to the bac chairman, c/o bac secretariat. bids must be delivered on or before september 22, 2025 at 09:30am at the conference room, municipality of morong, bataan. all bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated on irr of ra 9184. the local government unit reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
