Tenders Are Invited for One Or Several Framework Agreement(s) for the Rental and Support Services for Sound and Simultaneous Interpretation Equipment to Be Provided During Specific Events in the Cities of Ukraine. Closing Date & Time: 19 Sep 2025 - 15:00 Rome Local Time
This Framework Agreement for Services (the “Contract”) is between the International Development Law
Organization (“IDLO”), an intergovernmental organization, with its current Headquarters at Viale
Vaticano, 106, 00165, Rome, Italy, [and Country Office at [country office address],]
and
[NAME] (the “Contractor”), a firm registered under [country where registered] Law, represented by its
duly authorized representative to undertake contractual obligations on behalf of the Contractor, whose
registered offices are located at [ADDRESS];
Hereinafter jointly referred to together as the “Parties” or separately and interchangeably as a “Party.”
IT HAS BEEN AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
(a) The purpose of this Contract is the provision by the Contractor of all services defined herein and
in the Terms of Reference attached as Annex 3 (the “Services”) which form an integral part of the
Contract.
(b) The Contractor undertakes to carry out all tasks and provide all services necessary for the
performance of the Contract, including tasks and services which are not provided for in the
Contract but implied by generally accepted professional standards.
(c) This Contract is a Framework Agreement. The Contract shall provide IDLO with the Services as and
when required by IDLO. It is expressly agreed that there is no obligation on IDLO to request the
Services from the Contractor. The Contractor acknowledges that no form of exclusivity has been
granted by IDLO to the Contractor and that IDLO is at all times entitled to enter into other
contracts and agreements with other firms for the provision of any or all services which are the
same as or similar to the Services.
