Tender Notice: Hiring of Consultancy Services for Comprehensive Master Planning of Tourist Potential Sites of AJ&K
Tourist Potential Sites of AJ&K
The AJK Tourism & Archaeology Department intends to hire services of reputable experienced firm for "Comprehensive Master Planning of Tourist Potential Sites of AJ&K" through Least Cost based Selection Method under AJ&K Public Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2018.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Quality services of experienced consultant firm in the relevant field is required for formulation of proper drawings/ designs, detailed cost estimation, preparation of PC-Is, master planning and RFPs for project proposals of tourist potential sites, formulation of future projects and identification of integrated tourism zones along with their specific by-laws.
2. Reputed firms registered with PEC, PCATP or other relevant government bodies/agencies with the requisite demonstrate experience of not less than 05 years are invited to apply.
3. Under AJK PPRA Rules Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure (36-b) will be adopted for finalization of the award of the work. The Bid shall comprise a single package containing two separate envelopes. Each envelop shall contain separately the financial proposal and technical proposal.
4. The Bidding Document (comprising of detailed scope of work/ TORs, evaluation criteria and general description etc.) can be obtained from the office of the Directorate General Tourism & Archaeology Tourism Complex Bank Square, Chatter Muzaffarabad from 5th September, 2025 (during office hours), on payment of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable) in shape of Bank Draft or Pay Order in the name of the DG Tourism & Archaeology.
5. The Bidder must furnish CDR amounting Rs. 0.900 million with the Financial Bid in favor of the Director General Tourism & Archaeology (refundable) without which the offered bid shall stand non responsive.
6. Last date of submission of the bid is 2nd October, 2025 at the same address at 11:00 hrs and the bids will be opened in presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives at the same date at 11:30 hrs.
7. The competent authority may cancel any or all tenders as per AJ&K PPRA Rules, 2017.
