SCOPE OF WORK The Baseline Assessment consultant’s responsibilities will include: - Conduct a comprehensive baseline assessment of QAQC practices and fortification processes in designated bouillon production facilities and laboratories. - Review existing systems, tools, and procedures to determine the level of compliance with national bouillon fortification standards. - Identify key gaps, challenges, and resource constraints that may hinder effective QAQC implementation. - Assess the technical capacity of staff and highlight priority training and capacity-building needs. - Consolidate findings into a baseline report with clear, actionable recommendations. - Validate results with key stakeholders to ensure accuracy, ownership, and alignment with project objectives
